When I hire Mixed metaPours for my event, what exactly do I get?
​
When you hire us, you get the perfect drink recipe for the perfect event! We spend lots of upfront time with you, learning about you, your event, your budget and your preferences. Even if you aren’t sure about what you want, we can help you figure it out so that your signature cocktail shines in every respect.

Where did the idea for Mixed metaPours come from?
​
Craft cocktails are all the rage at bars and restaurants, but no one seemed to be helping private hosts and hostesses create super-cool drinks to call their own. That’s when the light bulb went on for us.

Will Cheryl or one of her staff be making the drinks at my event?
​
Typically, we design the drink and create the recipe, leaving it up to your bartenders or catering staff to actually mix things up. On occasion, Cheryl has been known to make the drinks as well, but that requires further discussion.

Who owns the recipe for my signature cocktail?
​
Once created, the recipe is yours to enjoy. (One bride told us that she plans to make up a batch of her wedding cocktail every year on her anniversary for the next 50 years!)

How much does it cost for Cheryl to design a signature drink?
​
Costs can vary due to a number of factors. Will we be designing one drink or multiples on one theme? Will we be traveling to meet the hosts or to see the venue? Will the parameters of your event require unusual sourcing in order to perfect the drink? That’s why we’d love to talk with you individually before we can quote a price.

How do you work with dietary restrictions/preferences?
​
One of the benefits in hiring us to craft your cocktail is that you get exactly what you need and want. We can work around any/all dietary restrictions and preferences. Designing kosher, gluten-free, even non-alcoholic drinks (mocktails) are no problem as long as you let us know your needs from the beginning.
